Identity Security: When MFA Isn’t Enough

A scenario-based customer enablement video designed to help customer-facing teams identify the right identity security story and keep product demonstrations focused on the customer’s actual business need.

This video follows a customer conversation in which multifactor authentication is already in place, but suspicious authentication activity suggests employee credentials may have been compromised. Rather than beginning with product features, the learner is guided through identifying the customer’s underlying security concern and determining which information and capabilities are most relevant to demonstrate.

The story shows how to set up a focused demonstration, avoid feature dumping, respond effectively to customer questions, and connect technical findings back to customer value. An interactive knowledge check asks viewers to choose the strongest response to a customer concern, reinforcing the importance of acknowledging existing security controls while explaining the additional context identity security technology can provide.

The video concludes with a reusable framework for shaping customer conversations around three questions: What did the customer tell you? What does the technology reveal? What can the customer do with that information? A final “Your Turn” scenario gives learners an opportunity to apply the approach to a new identity security situation.

The video reinforces a simple principle: Don’t start with the product. Start with the customer.

I developed the original concept and instructional approach, created the customer scenario and simulated security interface, wrote the script and narration, designed the knowledge check and practice activity, produced the visual assets and animation, edited the finished video, and added synchronized captions for accessibility.

AI Literacy Microlearning: Brief. Build. Verify.

A scenario-based AI literacy video designed to help employees use generative AI responsibly while maintaining accuracy, protecting sensitive information, and applying professional judgment.

This video follows Jessica, an employee who needs to turn a page of messy meeting notes into a clear customer update. With only 20 minutes and competing priorities, she asks an AI assistant for help, but her vague instructions produce a polished response that says very little.

The story introduces the Brief. Build. Verify. framework for improving AI-assisted work. Jessica first briefs the AI with approved information, clear expectations, audience needs, and formatting requirements. She then builds the response through specific feedback, refinement, and her own subject-matter expertise. Finally, she verifies the draft against the original source, checking its accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, audience fit, and overall quality before using it.

The video reinforces that AI can accelerate the work, but human judgment completes it.

Cybersecurity Awareness Microlearning: Boss Impersonation

A scenario-based cybersecurity microlearning video designed to help employees recognize and respond to AI-enabled boss impersonation attacks.

This video follows Maya Culpa, an employee who receives an urgent request from someone claiming to be a company executive. The request involves confidential customer information, pressure to bypass normal procedures, instructions to keep the request secret, and a convincing phone call using a familiar voice.

The story first demonstrates how social-engineering tactics can lead to a costly mistake, then revisits the situation to identify the warning signs and model the correct response. Viewers learn to close the original request, contact the person through a known channel, verify the request independently, and report the suspicious message to the security team.

I developed the original concept and characters and planned the instructional approach. I used ChatGPT to help with the script, narration, and dialogue. I created the animated scenario, edited the finished video, and added synchronized captions for accessibility.

Create a Multi-Stop Map with Google My Maps

A task-focused software tutorial designed to make creating a custom multi-stop itinerary approachable and easy to follow.

I created this video to guide new Google My Maps users through building, customizing, organizing, and sharing an interactive map. The demonstration uses a realistic Saturday itinerary, Vintage Day in Denver, featuring coffee, vintage shopping, art, dinner, and drinks.

I developed the scenario and itinerary, planned the instructional approach, wrote the script and narration, recorded the software workflow, and edited the finished video. The tutorial introduces each feature when it is needed, focusing on the essential steps required to turn a list of destinations into an organized, shareable driving route.

Managing Billing for New Accounts

A task-focused software tutorial designed to simplify a complex account-setup workflow.

I created this video to guide administrators through the available choices for creating user accounts and help them make the appropriate selections with greater confidence.

I planned the instructional approach, wrote the script and narration, recorded the software workflow, and edited the finished video. The content focuses only on the information needed to complete the task, turning a feature-heavy screen into a clear, manageable process.

Voice Assistant Conversation Capture

A task-focused software tutorial demonstrating how healthcare professionals can turn recorded conversations into usable clinical documentation.

I created this video to guide clinicians through Conversation Capture, a Voice Assistant feature that records and transcribes conversations with patients or care teams. The tutorial shows users how to capture a conversation, review the resulting transcript, and use it to create clinical documentation.

I planned the instructional approach, wrote the script and narration, recorded the Android workflow, and edited the finished video. I focused the content on the essential steps and decisions, making a potentially unfamiliar AI-assisted workflow feel clear and manageable.

I also wrote the accompanying Conversation Capture instructions.

Leave It to Voice Assistant:
Speak Specifics Out Loud

A microlearning video designed to reinforce a communication practice that helps clinicians create more complete clinical documentation with Voice Assistant.

I created this video in collaboration with nVoq’s Clinical Customer Experience team, which developed the script and narration content. Using that material, I recorded the Voice for Android workflow and produced the finished video in Camtasia and Vyond, combining software demonstration, animation, narration, and visual reinforcement.

The video reminds clinicians to verbalize relevant clinical details during patient visits rather than leaving important information implied. Saying those details aloud allows Voice Assistant to capture them in the conversation transcript, which can then be incorporated into the resulting clinical documentation.
