I'm a customer education, product enablement, and knowledge management professional who enjoys turning complex technology into clear, useful, and engaging learning experiences.

For more than 20 years, I've created training, technical documentation, multimedia learning, and self-service resources for technology organizations. For the past 15 years, I've helped healthcare organizations adopt AI-powered speech recognition and clinical documentation technology through customer education, technical communication, knowledge management, and multimedia learning.

At nVoq, I independently owned customer education and technical documentation across an evolving enterprise software portfolio. I created product demonstration and training videos, tutorials, onboarding materials, partner training, user and administrator guides, release education, and resources for Customer Success and Support teams. I also designed and built the public nVoq Support Center, defining its information architecture, navigation, page layouts, written content, and video experience. In addition, I selected and implemented the company's customer learning management system, created SayIt University, and developed certification programs that helped customers and partners successfully adopt new products and features.

What I enjoy most is creating content that helps people feel confident using technology. Whether I'm producing a training video, writing documentation, designing a certification program, or building a knowledge base, I love taking a feature-rich product and turning it into something people can quickly understand and successfully use. I believe learning experiences should be clear, engaging, and approachable (and if I can add a little personality or humor along the way, even better). When people enjoy learning, they remember more, gain confidence faster, and are much more likely to embrace the technology.

I've always enjoyed taking information, organizing it, and making it useful for other people. One of my favorite examples of this actually predates my career. Back in 2006, I created a Blogger site that organized Lenten fish fries simply because I enjoyed researching, organizing, and sharing information that other people could use. Looking back, it was an early hint that I'd eventually build knowledge bases, support centers, and customer education programs for a living. (Yes, it's still online!)

I'm based in Westminster, Colorado, and I'm currently exploring senior and lead opportunities in customer education, product enablement, AI learning, technical communication, multimedia learning, knowledge management, and content strategy.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Denver's vintage shops, visiting museums and art events, and finding creative inspiration in everyday experiences. I share my home office with Daniel Tiger, my orange tabby and highly opinionated creative director.
