“I had the pleasure of managing Angie Linder for several years on my team, where she single handedly built and owned all of the product documentation for nVoq. It's rare to find someone who can operate as effectively as an entire team, but that's exactly what Angie did.
Angie had a gift for taking complicated technical information, straight from developers, support, marketing and every corner of the company and turning it into documentation that customers could actually use. Beyond written support and knowledge base articles, she created learning videos to help customers get the most out of our products. She also kept a close eye on the support queue, using real customer pain points to continuously improve documentation so future customers wouldn't run into the same issues.
